  The car was delivered to my hotel Sat 10th Oc tand I took friends out to Alcudia. All was well until the oil warning light came on. I checked the dipstick-no oil. I offered to buy oil but the car was towed away leaving us in a car park. After discussion a taxi was arranged at less than 2 hour wait. The office rang me at home on Sunday to ask where was the car. I asked about a refund - 10days later I'm still waiting. Losing 25% of our 4 day weekend definitely a disappoinment, being charged full price apalling

  Horrible service. We booked a car for 10am and @ 11h15 they tell US the car is 20kms away and they need to go and Up It Up and we need to wait 40 Mins more. This all after waiting for some time. Unacceptable. Never again

  Friendly and helpful staff that even warned me that there would be a running race on the street in front when I planned to return the car, avoiding me headache. Car was a brown Skoda, which is probably the worst one you could choose, but it was okay on fuel and seemed to be nearly fully loaded.
